Max is an artificial intelligence that uses machine vision to analyze and sort material streams. Bulk Handling Systems just installed this new system at Athens Services, a single stream MRF Phillips & Koch Construction installed for BHS in Sun Valley, CA 3 years ago. Featuring two single line streams, 9 walking floors for product storage prior to baling, 6 NRT optical sorters for automated sorting of fiber and containers and an Eddy Current to automatically sort aluminum. The system is capable of processing 70 TPH.
